    A focused 1–2 week engagement where Edu sits with you and your team, maps how work actually moves through your business, and hands back a prioritised AI roadmap. Each opportunity comes with a rough cost, an estimated payback, and a clear recommendation: build it, buy it, or skip it entirely.
  • AI Operating System (AIOS)
    The build phase. Edu designs and installs a custom AI infrastructure layer that connects the tools your business already uses, automates repetitive tasks, and gives your team a single place to act and get answers. Delivered in 2–6 weeks with documentation and on-call support included.
  • AI Training & Team Enablement
    Once the systems are in place, Edu trains your team to operate, maintain, and improve them — so the value compounds rather than decays. Includes hands-on workshops, written playbooks for each system, and an ongoing async support channel throughout the engagement.
  • AI Workshops
    Shorter-format, standalone workshops for business owners and teams who want to build practical AI literacy without committing to a full engagement. Ideal for understanding what AI can and can't do, and working out where to start.
